Zumwinkle.com is a website design and development firm providing services
for a wide range of arts-related institutions, non-profit organizations,
and corporate clients in capacities including strategic planning, conceptual
design, information architecture, e-commerce integration, and website
design, development and production.

Sierra Club, Santa Monica Public Library, Museum of Jurassic Technology,

education firm. Courseware includes extensive interactive exercises using
Flash animation, XML, custom CSS, video, audio, XML, and documentation.
As Senior Web Designer, designed and produced animated narrative presentations
and interactive exercises in Flash and HTML for online courses and marketing
presentations.

As web designer, developed web graphics and user interfaces, web site
navigation, file/folder structure, and templates for both internal and
external websites, for a variety of browsers, platforms, and visitors,
and for both Getty staff and external clients.
As content administrator, managed internal sites from inception to implementation
and maintenance, including project planning, client direction and needs-assessment,
site architecture, content organization, design and production of site,
technical documentation, maintenance and support plans, and training components.
As web trainer, developed curriculum for and taught Web Lab seminars
for staff and coordinated regular technical demonstrations.
Supervised training staff and departmental interns. Co-coordinator of
the Getty Digital Imaging Users Group since 1998, and chief administrator
of the Getty Holiday Food and Toy Drive for twelve years.

training needs assessments, budget planning, and ROI evaluations. Developed,
organized, and moderated a wide variety of standard courses and “just-in-time”
specialty seminars. Coordinated numerous migration projects. Taught superior
customized hands-on classroom and one-on-one training sessions.
As publications specialist, responsible for research, writing, design,
production, and printing of all internal computer usage documentation.
Initiated several new publication formats including Quick Reference
Guides and monthly Technical Bulletins.
As multimedia specialist, created prototypes for interactive classes
and presentations using multimedia authoring software.
